Introduction to Microsoft Windows
The oldest of all Microsoft’s operating systems is MS-DOS (Microsoft Disk Operating System). MS-DOS is a text-based operating system. Users have to type commands rather than use the more friendly graphical user interfaces (GUI’s) available today. Despite its very basic appearance, MS-DOS is a very powerful operating system. There are many advanced applications and games available for MS-DOS. A version of MS-DOS underpins Windows. Many advanced administration tasks in Windows can only be performed using MS-DOS.

Nowadays
building a website has become pretty easy. Anyone can create a website
or a blog without even knowing what html and php are! How can you do
this is the obvious question. And the answer is by using a content
management system! CMS is some software helps you create, customize and
put your text, photos, videos, music or just about anything you can
think of in a website. The result will make you feel like a
professional!
In this guide I will describe how to create a website using Joomla 1.5.x. Joomla is one of the most popular CMS software and there are thousands of websites using it on the Internet. My previous guide on How to create a website using Joomla refers to the old 1.0.x Joomla so I have decided to freshen it up a little.
I am also going to use WAMP to create a website on my computer. WampServer
is a Windows web development environment. It allows you to create web
applications with Apache, PHP and MySQL databases. It also comes with
PHPMyAdmin to easily manage your databases.
